Can be found in The Cuspate Wall at location F-7. PC only: You can see Tempest as soon as you enter Blackdale Second Entrance, if you have Character clip distance in FIELD SCREEN section (graphic settings) turned up high. So just keep exiting and re-entering Blackdale Second Entrance until you see the big birdy infront of you, across the chasm.You don't even have to move after enter the dungeon, because you will see it's wings immediately. XBOX only: You will only have to travel to the end of the first path to see it across the chasm.

Notes

• Uses Curse in the first turn.
• Gets an additional turn (uses Mana Well, followed by Cachexia) from time to time.
• Recovers from ailments the next turn.
• Does not respawn (Madman will spawn instead).
