(PC) Preliminary: Tortoise I: 5x Mitra, 3x Female, 1x Non-Special, 3x Special
I haven't fiddled with the minimal needed formation attributes on this one (Phy/Mys/Spd/Rec). Formation improvement path is Mitra/female; This is the formation that convinced me that some higher level formations don't exist on the PC version: more females did not upgrade, nor did more Non-Specials or more Specials. Scratch that previous comment. There was a requirement I wasn't aware of that allows Tortoise II and III to be made. I'll edit the page to reflect that. - Corban1177 00:07, 25 April 2009 (UTC)
