This monster has two spawn locations, one on the Upper Level at F/G-13 and one on the Lower Level at A-8. If he spawned on the Upper Level there will be no Vultures there, and if he spawned on the Lower Level there will be no Terrapests or Jhana Magi. These conditions also match those of spawning Whitehorn and Nordri respectively, so unless they are already killed they may be present instead. The presence (or lack thereof) of big monsters in the middle of the Lower Central Region is no indication of whether it spawned or not.
