Can be found in the Path of Anguish at the 3-way intersection (location D/E-17). He is blocking the entrance to the western path which leads to the exit to Depths of the Underworld. No Wyverns or Evil Eyes should be present.

Can use a surprising attack on the field: Immobilize! (you won't be able to move, but can act).
Frequently uses Blaster which can poison/silence/paralyze an entire union, or deal enough damage to terminate it.
Will cast Darkbreath and Desperate Wail at the end of a turn occasionally.
Recovers from ailments the next turn.
Cannot be respawned (Scarlet Beetle will spawn instead).
